Tab Loads Instead of a Page

What are you trying to accomplish

When I try to load a page on a Android device, a page tries to load as a tab (Please see attached image) and never loads a actual page because of it. I used to work fine so I am curious if a bug was introduced in the later versions of the sitespeed.
When I manually select the tab to load, then it works fine.

Start at the mobile Chrome navigation entry point described in the reproduction steps, using the logged Android 12 device and sitespeed.io 37.4.2 setup. Reproduce the tab-loading behavior and compare it with a manually selected tab; done means the target URL loads as a page without manual intervention.
