Description
I've just received my 2nd order of nanokvm; 4x PCIe cards.
The first 3 cards went without problem. the 4th had no boot. a quick flash of the STA light but nothing afterwards.
after a bit of playing around to see if it was a fixable issue, i discover the half height bracket boot hole wasn't correct. No visual issue but when the half height bracket was installed it was holding the BOOT button down.
attempting to re-mount the bracket a number of times did not fix.
I had to use a needle file in the hole to make it slightly bigger. It didnt need much - maybe 15-20seconds of light filing - probably just enough to remove the black paint finish.
The hole does seem low tolerance for the boot button, so maybe it's just a combination of slightly mis-aligned boot button and bracket pressing tolerance was all that was wrong.
this might help others with no boot, and maybe elongate/larger hole the boot button as a manufacturing solution?

Research direction
The report names no repository file, test, or code entry point; it concerns the NanoKVM half-height bracket and its BOOT-button opening. Start by confirming the bracket/button fit described in the report, and consider the work complete only when the interference is addressed or the manufacturing guidance is documented.
