Description
Hello SimpleX Chat team and community!
I noticed that the docker containers built from the prebuilt or manually built images as described in the documentation run with root privileges on the host system.
I spent some time trying to change that, but had no success yet.
Can anybody help me with that?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Docker image build and run instructions referenced in the documentation, then inspect how the containers receive their user privileges. Done means both prebuilt and manually built images run without root privileges on the host; the issue does not name specific Dockerfiles or tests.
