Description

· App version: 6.5.5
· Device: Redmi K40 Pro, Android 13
· Steps: Record a voice message, or select any file/photo/video, then tap send.
· Actual result: Immediately get error: error agent: error agent INTERNAL SEUniquelD. Text messages send normally.
· File size and type do not affect the issue.
· Important: A fresh install with a new account works fine. The issue appears only after importing my existing encrypted database. I suspect the database may be corrupted or incompatible, but it's encrypted so I cannot check.
· Clearing cache and restarting app/device did not help.
· I'm unable to capture logcat logs at the moment.

Please let me know if there's a workaround or fix. Thank you.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure on Android 13 with app version 6.5.5: import an existing encrypted database, then send a voice message or file, photo, or video. Compare this with a fresh account where text and media work; done means the cause is identified and a verified fix or workaround allows media messages to send after import.
