Feature
- It would fit in with how the new onboarding process lets you choose which profile + incognito you wish to join a group or add a contact with
- It could give some users who want it the choice to skip creating a profile when they first install SimpleX Chat, instead starting with only an incognito profile
- It would mitigate the security risk of saying something in a group or to a contact, and forgetting to double check that the incognito icon is there, and saying something you would rather say incognito and then later realizing that you said it using a profile that you exposed.
Maybe this is already planned as implied by the mentioned section of the new onboarding process

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the onboarding flow and current profile/incognito behavior across all platforms; done would mean incognito is independently selectable and can be used without exposing a regular profile as described.
