Description
This feature avoids that contacts suddenly surprise you with an unexpected call.
So before to send a call an user must to submit a request with a small memo (i.e. «call for your work, we are the Smith company, please accept the request»), waiting for the receiver approval, and finally he can call the user in the afterwards "x" hours (defined by receiver).
Too much people call me without a pre-arranged permission. Suddenly at night or in bad moments.
