[Feature]: Ability to RECORD Audio or Video streams chats

Recently someone requested disabling screen recording of app (see https://github.com/simplex-chat/simplex-chat/issues/2868 ) but I would really like to have full Audio/Video recording of the actual "streams" within the app itself!

This is a pretty important feature for myself, I really hate that when doing a video conference of my kids with their grandparents, when they do really fun funny things that are very memorable and I would LOVE to save them, it's such a pain because for nonsensical (some political) reasons all our phone's video calling does NOT allow the feature to record the video chats, even with "screen recorder" apps.

I want to let my kids interact with their grandparents and be able to RECORD that interaction, the actual "video/audio streams" ideally, though initially a button to record the app's screen (including audio) would be a good "start" for this feature.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the related screen-recording issue #2868 and the existing audio/video stream implementation across the supported platforms. Done would require an agreed scope for recording streams or the app screen, including audio, and a clear platform-specific acceptance test.
