Description
I decided to test out the Jina Reader tool with the article about it, but when I clicked on a link inside the rendered Markdown (as an example, Simon's homepage), it would go right to the page at the URL. I don't think that the intent of the Markdown renderer is to be a mini-web browser, but I also lack the experience in this domain to know why it's happening and what to do to fix it, so why not at least try and bring attention to it.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the link behavior in the Jina Reader tool's rendered Markdown preview using the linked article and Simon's homepage example. Trace the preview's link handling and establish the expected behavior; the issue is done when links no longer unexpectedly navigate away from the preview, with verification covering the reported case.
