Description
Hi!
Many repositories have a large discussion space as well as a wiki. There is, surpsisingly, a lack of tool to download those.
If a tool existed to slowly but surely dump the discussions and issues and wiki of a repo, we could hook this up to llm and do RAG search on it instead of relying on github's terrible search features.
I'm especially thinking of open-webui

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by defining the scope for exporting GitHub Discussions, issues, and a repository wiki, using open-webui as the motivating example. Done should be a tool that produces data suitable for connecting to llm and performing RAG search.
