Get JSR @datasette/table to work

Error:

  You can mark the path "npm:lit@^2.2.7" as external to exclude it from the bundle, which will
  remove this error and leave the unresolved path in the bundle.

I want to run my https://jsr.io/@datasette/table component in a browser, installed via JSR.

Reproduce the commands from the issue in /tmp/datasette-demo2, starting with .npmrc, index.js, and the npx esbuild command. Inspect node_modules/@jsr/datasette__table/datasette-table.js and the reported npm:lit@^2.2.7 resolution error. Done means the JSR-installed component bundles successfully and can run in a browser like the linked example.
