Description
I want to be able to annotate pages before applying screenshots - I often add pink arrows to things when I screenshot them manually, for example in https://datasette.io/tutorials/explore
These annotations should be defined in the YAML or as command line options to the shot command.

Research direction
Start with the shot command and its YAML configuration, then review how existing command-line options are defined. Clarify which annotation types and syntax are required; done means annotations such as pink arrows can be specified in YAML or on the command line before screenshots are applied.
