Description

issactrotts@Issacs-MacBook-Pro ~> llm 'What are some good names for a puppy'
Error: Error code: 429 - {'error': {'message': 'You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.', 'type': 'insufficient_quota', 'param': None, 'code': 'insufficient_quota'}}

It looks like I have plenty of quota, so this could well be a bug:

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported llm 'What are some good names for a puppy' command and compare the account's displayed quota with the returned insufficient_quota response. Done would require identifying whether the command or API configuration is responsible and documenting or correcting the confirmed cause.
