Description
Simon,
I'm trying to use the app.css (in static folder) as style sheet but the datasette on Heroku simply ignore it! I read everything about customization here and on readthedocs but still can't.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

Research direction
Start with the documented customization guidance and the app.css file in the static folder, then reproduce the reported behavior on Heroku. Determine whether app.css is supported there and what deployment or configuration details the documentation needs; done means the guidance clearly explains how to use it or states the limitation.
