Description
Structured logs are better. Datasette should default to outputting it's HTTP access log lines as newline delimited JSON instead of the Sanic default format it uses at the moment.
For improved greppability these logs should have keys ordered in a consistent way. Python's JSON module can do this with ordered dictionaries.

Research direction
Start by tracing Datasette's HTTP access logging and the Sanic default format it currently uses. Review Python's JSON module and ordered dictionaries for newline-delimited output; done means the default access log lines are JSON with keys in a consistent order.
