Description

For the mapmaking comparision, we should add two trivial toast operators that use so3g for detector pointing and for pixelization. These could be used in our workflows in place of the upstream PointingDetectorSimple, PixelsHealpix and PixelsWCS operators, and would automatically pick up any SO-specific changes (such as focalplane deformations that happen during the quaternion rotation from the boresight).
