Description

Similar to #229, if we command sorunlib.smurf.stream('on') when streaming is already on, then something is likely wrong. We need to check this and perhaps raise an exception and/or drop those slots like in the proposed solution to #229.

Research direction

Start with the sorunlib.smurf.stream('on') entry point and read the proposed solution in issue #229. Trace how the library handles a request when streaming is already on, then confirm the intended exception or slot-dropping behavior with the maintainers. Done means repeated stream-on commands are detected and handled consistently with #229.
