Description
We can use better attenuation determination in SODETLIB. This could involve writing a faster sweep-optimization function, (maybe a 1-d sweep that loops over UC-atten while attempting to adjust the DC atten to keep the power into the cryostat fixed), or a function that takes measured cryo input and output attenuation and uses that to estimate attens required to achieve a certain power level at the UFM

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing SODETLIB attenuation and sweep-optimization code, then determine which proposed approach is intended. Done requires an agreed implementation that improves attenuation determination for the stated cryostat or UFM power target and has validation for the chosen behavior.
