Description
site.env-acti-cameras probably got stuck in its acq loop, due to LAT cameras being unplugged. This prevented all cameras from getting monitored, requiring agent restart. When I tried to stop the process, it just hung.
Timestamp of new agent session: 2026-08-07 17:05:31.411 : Status is now "starting".

Research direction
Start with the HTTPCameraAgent entry point and trace its acquisition loop and shutdown handling. Reproduce the case with a LAT camera offline, then verify that remaining cameras continue to be monitored and the agent stops cleanly without requiring a restart.
