Description
The installation instructions include an example for NERSC that invoke soconda.sh as
mkdir -p ~/conda_envs
./soconda.sh -e ~/conda_envs/soconda -m ~/conda_envs/modulefiles
I suppose the intention is to use the provided Perlmutter config: -c perlmutter
