Description

I don't have a great way to test the emitter quickly here. I think something like a simple HTTP server that just echos the request from the emitter would be helpful.

Research direction

Start by locating the emitter setup and the existing Docker configuration in the repository. Check how services are currently run, then define the work as a simple HTTP server that echoes emitter requests and can be used for quick testing. Done means the server is runnable through the project setup and its echoed requests are observable.
