This issue will supersede https://github.com/simonsobs/scheduler/issues/138
We need additional QA on the output schedules. Sun safety is not the only thing we should be checking. We need:
- if current time goes backwards or if it jumps by ~6 hours in one go.
- if we are moving outside our Azimuth limits
