Research direction

Start in pspipe_utils/covariance.py at line 745, inside read_x_ar_theory_vec, and inspect how Bbl is currently handled. Determine the proper Bbl usage for this function; done means read_x_ar_theory_vec uses proper Bbl without leaving the current workaround in place.
