Description

As discussed with @merny93 ; need dropdown system to send params. This can be dynamically populated based on session data for advertise op, which will look something like:

 'global_options': {
    'restart': [],
   rtd_0: {
    'logdac': [
       ['int', [0, 15]]
    ],
    'uvolts': [ ... ],
   },
}
