Description

In trying to restart the satp2 cryomech compressor from ocsweb, we got error note that the state 'None' is not valid. I believe we need to give it 'on' or 'off' state in ocsweb.

In addition (note here), Aashrita said 'I have ptc control, heaters and something else I don’t remember jupyter notebooks for ocs control on amangu in any compute node for future reference.' We should check if those notebooks have any other functionality that would be useful to include in ocsweb.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the satp2 Cryomech restart from ocsweb and trace the control that produces the invalid 'None' state. Review the ptc control, heaters, and other OCS Jupyter notebooks on amangu for potentially useful functionality. Done when on/off commands work without the invalid state and the notebook functionality has been assessed.
