Description

As mentioned by @adrien-laposta here, we should make pipeline/transfer/tf_validation_kspace.py a standalone script without explicit BBmeta dependence. This would mirror what we do in pipeline/misc/validate_mask.py. This requires adding a few argparse arguments and generating TF sims on the fly.
