Description

Is there any plan of generalizing this to have the option to compute noise covariance for T if T hits are available?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing noise-covariance calculation and the current hit-handling path, then determine how T hits should be represented. Done means the project can compute noise covariance for T when T hits are available without breaking existing behavior.
