Description

Can this file be easily merged with create_sacc_file.py with an extra argument?

This requires to homogeneise MC/AN cov format (end of analysis chain not tested with MC covs as of today) and merge the two scripts.

Research direction

Compare the script under discussion with create_sacc_file.py, focusing on how MC and AN covariance formats differ. Trace the end of the analysis chain, which is not tested with MC covariances, and identify the format changes needed before combining the scripts. Done means one script supports both cases through an extra argument and the formats are consistent.
