Description
Could be interesting to highlight that this project is open source and that other can copie or modify it.
Also, every time I'm thinking of making a change to Elvis, I'll spend 5-10 minutes trying to remember what the repo is called. Would be helpful to have a quick link.

Research direction
The issue names a Vue UI component but no files or tests. Start by locating the application's main UI entry point and existing component patterns, then add a visible link to this repository that highlights its open-source status; done means users can quickly find the GitHub repository from the interface.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
