Description
Currently, there are a number of different ways of setting up the environment for silnlp: Docker, Conda, Poetry, etc. We should standardize on a single approach that all onboarding users are required to use. This will reduce the amount of maintenance work for silnlp.

Research direction
Start by comparing the existing Docker, Conda, and Poetry setup paths used to onboard silnlp users. Determine which single approach should be required and what onboarding guidance must change; the work is done when one consistent environment path is defined for all new users and the alternatives are no longer part of the required setup.
