For draft quality project progress board
- Find source (or target) projects for the additional test projects recommended by David
- Process new projects to prepare them for alignment (making sure the USFM structures of the test book(s) match up)
- Evaluate new project pairs with current marker placement algorithm
- Look at the effects of various changes to the algorithm on the evaluation project pairs
