Description
Separating Translation and WordAlignment into separate assemblies (https://github.com/sillsdev/serval/pull/1011) has exposed the fact that the word alignment build jobs (esp. preprocessing) are not well tested. We should add word alignment tests that parallel those in Translation.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing tests for Translation and reviewing the separate Translation and WordAlignment assemblies introduced by pull request 1011. Add parallel coverage for WordAlignment build jobs, especially preprocessing, and run the relevant test suite to confirm the new tests exercise those jobs.
