Description

Related feedback on SayMore (not this new plugin):

It would be great if SayMore could work with folder structures in Microsoft OneDrive where not all files are stored to the local machine. When I've trialled this, SayMore seems to want to force a download of everything in the project to the local machine in order to launch, but it would be great if it would only do that when the user wants to actually open a particular file, especially audio and video files. This would make it much more practical to share access with community members who often have low-spec laptops and limited internet access.

Research direction

This is feedback for SayMore, explicitly not this new plugin, and it names no files, tests, or entry points. First confirm with maintainers whether the request belongs in saymore-plugin; if it does, identify the launch and file-loading path and define the expected OneDrive behavior. Done requires an agreed scope and a reproducible test or acceptance check.
