Space after Footnote ref does not use a "fixed" space and it would look better if it did

Description
The space after the footnote reference is not a hard/fixed space, so the gab varies a lot, and it would look a lot nicer if it could be "fixed" to a specific amount. (This might have been added somewhere but I'm not finding it.)


The three footnote here are one right after another in the book, and it is clear they are not maintaining and consistent gap after the verse reference and the "Ti ayat..." And the "space" between 1:13 and "Ti" is nonexistent, but the footnote in Paratext is well-formed.
NOTE: I'm using left-aligned paragraphing for \f and I have specified a 0.5 hanging look for readability. But as this is Left-aligned, the spacing should be much more consistent, not less, right?
