Deleting a saved configuration did not delete it's contents in the folder structure

I decided to delete my current configs for the diglot publication I'm working on. I first deleted the saved config in the Basic tab for the primary text project. That seemed to mostly work, although it left the folder in the folder structure with the piclist.txt file in it. So I deleted that folder. Deleting the saved config for the secondary projects did seem to work.
Yesterday, I encountered problems when trying to recreate identically named configs after deleting a previous version of the config until I manually deleted these folders. So that is why I am deleting these folders. Our team follows a common naming strategy for configs, so I needed to clear out the corrupted config before trying to create it again.

Reproduce the deletion flow described in the issue for primary and secondary projects, then inspect the saved-configuration deletion and folder-structure cleanup entry points. Confirm that deleting a configuration removes its folder and piclist.txt, and that a configuration with the same name can be recreated afterward.
