Description

As categories and ranged milestones become more and more important for people wanting to styling TOC entries, headings, etc, it would be nice to have an easy way to add settings for them to the stylesheet.

e.g. a 'special styling' button on all given markers, that let the user pick the environment they wanted to specify.
Environment would be defined in terms of 'active category', 'milestone(s)', 'other markers in force'. Once the environment is specified, it might produce a new stylesheet entry for one of these:

\Marker cat:toc|tc1
\Marker cat:history|nd+s

(Where the bold item would be the marker from where the click was given.)
