Description

Add the ability to request only the unmerged left-side versions of books such as TDX and NDX (i.e. TDXL and NDXL only), and consider whether the Diglot Page should include a "Don't include from Serial List" exclusion list for the R-side equivalents (TDXR, NDXR).
