Diglot: Option for Shared vs Unique Footnote Caller Sequence Per Column

Description
Add an option on the Diglot tab to choose between a shared caller sequence across all columns (current default) or a unique caller sequence per column, as requested by users producing multi-language diglots.
Want the ability to have the same fncaller in each column, or not (as DG re.name of control)
- Unique caller sequence for each column
OR - Use shared caller sequence across all columns [current default]
