Line spacing is corrupted on one page only

Can someone please help me figure out why the line spacing is off on page 6 col 1, Gen 2:1-4? I've been trying to figure it out for several days. I've tested moving the spanned" pic to "bottom", changing its size, , tweaking the spacing around '\nd Tamata Noman\nd*' and the footnote markers, checking the PT file for invisible characters (just at beginning/ends of the verses and around the \p markers; I could have missed something inside a verse). Nothing works, but this page was fine the first time I sent you an archive back in August, when some of my other pictures kept losing their format settings. This line spacing problem was not present on Aug 17 when I created the issue about Extra= not sticking. I can't tell you exactly at which version it started, but I think it is only on this single page of the book.

Please also check my new comment on issue #1094, an update on the pic settings issue. Use this archive to test the pic settings as well as this new issue. If you don't understand or you can't reproduce it could we schedule a chat, please, and I'll share my screen? These problems have been hanging on for months (due to summer and other issues on my end), and I really need to send off the project, but I can't do that until it's stable so the next checking team can duplicate the print runs correctly.

Use the linked archive to reproduce the line-spacing problem on page 6, column 1, for Gen 2:1-4. Compare the picture placement, spacing around '\nd Tamata Noman\nd*', footnote markers, and PT file content, while also checking the related picture-settings issue #1094. Done means the page renders with correct line spacing and the picture settings remain intact.
