Description

In some books, the page number is not centered on the introduction page.

This appears to happen only when the page ends with the outline summary. This can be seen in the following image (Mark):

If the page simple ends with the introduct and the outline is forced to start on a new page, the page number is centered (Galations):

If the main text also starts on the introduction page and there is an outline, the page number is still centered (Titus):

Tried attaching an archive but it failed.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the layout described for the Mark, Galations, and Titus examples, comparing the introduction page-number placement when the outline follows the introduction or starts on a new page. No source file or test is named, and the requested archive was not uploaded; done means the affected page number is centered without regressing the other two layouts.
