Description

We want to make it really easy for users to open FLEx projects in language forge. Ideally there would be a button that would launch that project in language forge in a new tab.

In the future we may enhance the workflow to automatically create a user account, create the LF project and run LF Merge to bring in the project. LD would then be the front door for LF.

Research direction

Start by reading the related issue #242 and locating the project-opening UI in Lexbox. Confirm how a project should be opened in Language Forge and what new-tab behavior is expected; done means users can launch the relevant project from Lexbox without implementing the future account, project-creation, or merge workflow.
