Description
Describe the feature
The home page is currently somewhat confusing.
- But there's redundancy between cloud and local projects, which are sometimes the same, yet look different.
- And the differentiation between classic vs lite projects seems too subtle considering they are very different workflows and it's quite important for a user to understand the differences (and for us to be able to explain them). Thus, this is related to #1766.
Who is this feature for?
Users and Project managers who need to find the correct workflow for their project and team without being confused by the 2 project types and redundant listings.

Ideas
- Repurpose local to recent
- Determine where "orphaned"/example project lives
