Description

Describe the feature
Users might be confused what the difference is between classic and FW Lite projects. I'd like to make a pretty feature table to explain this difference.

Inspiration for table: https://cruip.com/how-to-create-a-feature-comparison-table-with-tailwind-css/

It would be nice if we could render the table as an image so we could put it on the download page.

Some features to include

  • history
  • live sync
  • lexicon
  • data format (eg sqlite, fwdata xml)
  • sync tech (harmony, chorus)

[!IMPORTANT]
we are not comparing FLEx with FW Lite, we are comparing opening an fwdata file in FW Lite, with a CRDT project.

Research direction

Start by locating the FW Lite download page and reviewing the linked Cruip feature-comparison table inspiration. Define the comparison around opening an fwdata file in FW Lite versus a CRDT project, including the listed history, sync, lexicon, data format, and sync technology points. Done means the table is rendered on the download page and can also be provided as an image.
