Description
Describe the feature
Right now the only way to see the activity for a harmony project is via FW Lite. It would be great to be able to see the history right in the project page. I think we should use tabs to switch between mercurial history and harmony history. It should look something like this:
| User | Date | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Kevin | Jan 2nd | EntryChange, SenseChange |
| Tim | Jan 1st | WritingSystemCreated |
for devs we should be able to inspect the change to see the json behind the changes.

Research direction
Start at the Project page implementation and trace how project activity is currently exposed through FW Lite. Define the tabbed Mercurial and Harmony history views, including the User, Date, and Changes columns and developer-facing inspection of change JSON; done means both histories are accessible on the project page.
