Description
Lots of users probably only work on one project at a time, so rather than sending them home, what if we sent them to the last project they had open on launch?
We could/should probably also take them back to the same view and (if relevant) entry they were on.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the app launch routing and how the current project, view, and entry are represented or persisted; done means launch restores the last relevant state instead of sending the user home.
