Description
Describe the bug
Right now entry headword is chosen by sorting by the WsId and picking the first value, we should instead choose the default WS for the project first.
Expected behavior
The headword should match the default ws unless it's empty

Research direction
Locate the code that selects the entry headword and inspect how the project's default writing system (WS) is determined. Verify the current alphabetical selection, then test that the default WS is chosen when it has a value and that the existing fallback applies when it is empty.
