Description
May not want to do this yet, not until the viewer UI is more finalized. But at some point it would be good to have a tour that pops up if you don't have the "seen the tour" cookie set. Dismissing it will set the cookie so you don't see it again, and mention where to find the tour (probably in the About page) if you change your mind later.
