Description
If a user creates a CRDT project locally they will want to upload it at some point.
If the project was an import from fwdata, we should probably link that up with the lexbox project (assuming one exists).
When uploading to the server do we expect the project to already have been created (similar to the current HG workflow)? or do we let users create new projects from FW Lite? Maybe we redirect them to lexbox and once the project is created we trigger a push from FW Lite?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current HG upload workflow in FW Lite and how Lexbox projects are created. Clarify whether an existing project is required, whether FW Lite can create one, and how imported fwdata should link to an existing Lexbox project. Done means the agreed CRDT upload and project-creation flow is implemented end to end.
