Description
we had cases where [a harvester user] felt like registering a random word that came into their mind -- in such a situation, they will not have the patience to click through the ontology until the appropriate domain has been found.
It would be great if there was the possibility to collect such random words in some sort of "INBOX", to be filed away later, and if that category would be reachable even when one is currently in some sub-sub-sub-domain and a word pops up which is not directly related to the domain.
For [a project owner/editor] who will later work on their entries, it is much easier to empty such an inbox than to spot misplaced entries -- or such entries may not be created at all.
I know the major objective is to keep the interface as simple as possible, so I am not sure how this could be done -- somehow flagging the entry while creating it, not only during revision, with a default text "wrong domain!"? Something which later could be filtered...

Research direction
Start by reviewing the entry-creation flow and how ontology domains are selected in the interface. Define an inbox or equivalent path for entries without a semantic domain or from another domain, including how project owners later find and file those entries.
