Description

The Paratext check is using the Glyssen data and since there is no entry for HOS 6:1, it gives this warning.

The user reports:
Paratext says for Hosea 6:1 "Quote mark found in a verse where it is not used in other texts.

According to Logos compare versions, the users complaint appears justified.
These English versions have a quote: NIV, ESV, NRSV, NLT, NASB95, NET.
Only two do not: LEB (Lexham English) and KJV1900.

Flag is in correct, Most major versions keep the quoation..

Research direction

Start by locating the Paratext check that reads Glyssen data and inspect how missing entries such as HOS 6:1 are handled. Compare the warning with the reported English-version evidence and the linked PTX-24996 issue; done means this verse is no longer incorrectly flagged as an unusual quotation.
