Unable to disable "Create a PIN" reminders

Bug description

Every few days or so, upon opening the app, it shows the attached PIN reminder message. I have PIN disabled in the Account > Advanced PIN settings page. There is no way to dismiss the message permanently. Hitting "Remind Me Later" just brings the message back up a few days later. I have no desire to use a PIN.

Steps to reproduce

• Disable PIN in Account > Advanced PIN Settings
• Wait several days for message to appear

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)
PIN reminder popup appears

Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)
PIN reminder popup should not appear if PIN is completely disabled.

Start in the iOS app's Account > Advanced PIN Settings flow and trace the code that schedules or presents the PIN reminder. Reproduce with PIN disabled, then verify that the reminder no longer appears after the relevant delay while the existing PIN settings continue to work.
